For everybody who would like to become stronger. In the Mindful strength classes, we use both classical yoga postures and exercises from other forms of movement in order to gain more strength and stability. We focus more on repetition of movements than on holding a posture, and we focus on healthy joint mobility rather than extreme flexibility. Movements are performed slowly and mindfully, and we can always adjust how challenging they are.
The Mindful strength classes are suitable both as a supplement to sport, e.g. running, and to the other yoga styles that we offer.
