Workshops are wonderful experiences for both beginners and more advanced yoga practitioners! They give you the opportunity to work in depth with techniques and postures from Astanga vinyasa yoga and other yoga styles, to get inspiration on breathing and meditation techniques that can be used in everyday life, to learn more about the fundamental principles of yoga, etc. Plus you will have a joyful time with other people that are as interested in yoga as yourself. So join us in one of these encouraging and inspiring courses!
All workshops below are taught in English.
