Opening hours

The yoga shala is open around the morning classes and half an hour before and in between classes in the afternoon and evening.

There is no access when classes are in progress.

If you are coming to see the place, talk to us, or to buy equipment (yoga mats, mat bags, books, film, music) please come before the first or in between evening classes. Outside these times you can meet us by appointment. Contact us at or here.

The gate to Strandgade is usually unlocked during class hours. So you can walk right in without ringing the bell.

Push the bell if you cannot enter in Ryesgade 106.
